Do you remember the Snoopy Dance when Snoopy gets up on his toes and dances around in circles…Harriet does it too!
So the chicks like to push their bedding out of the way so they can look at their reflections in the metal floor. They group together in a circle, bums out and up and their heads in and down. Then they peck at each others reflections. I used to play some pretty weird games with my neighbor Erica. Do you remember the stomping on your friend’s shadow game? Well this is like that.
So i put a mirror in their coop, propped up against the side. Gladys and Penelope are the most excited by themselves but this morning i turned on the lights and then left to get dressed. When i came back they were clustered around the mirror like girls in a bathroom putting on makeup. It was amazing.

PS I was holding Jenni last night and she stretched her wings out for me. WOW, she is gorgeous! and she has two new bum feathers. they are perfect.
